　　1.Precautions before starting work

　　First of all,you must pay attention to your personal clothing.Sometimes seemingly inadvertent little things can lead to catastrophes if you don’t pay attention.Once the maintenance personnel encountered a user who said that the diesel tank of his equipment was spitting fire.After arriving at the scene,he found that the filter on the diesel tank had been sprayed out and burned out of shape.After getting to know the scene There are two conclusions after the situation,

　　One is that the user’s operator’s hand is electrostatically charged when the hand touches the metal part of the fueling gun and ignites the fuel-air mixture.The second is that the fueling gun itself leaks electricity.When the operator picks up the fuel gun to check the fuel level,the fueling gun and the body produce sparks.Pilot fuel gas mixture.The advice to users is to install a grounding wire for the tanker,and the operator should not wear shoes with good insulation.

　　Safety clothing Please wear helmets,safety boots and fitting work clothing,and please use goggles,masks,gloves,etc.according to the work content.In addition,work clothes that adhere to oil are easy to catch fire,so please do not wear them.

　　2.Read the operating instructions can not be ignored

　　In addition,please keep the operation manual in the pocket of the driver's seat.If it is a carport specification(standard specification)machine,in order to prevent this operation manual from being wetted by rain,please put it in a polyethylene bag with a zipper custody.

　　3.Fuel and hydraulic oil are strictly prohibited from fireworks

　　If diesel,hydraulic oil,antifreeze,etc.are brought close to fireworks,it may catch fire,especially diesel is very flammable,and it is very dangerous if close to fireworks.

　　When refueling,stop the engine and then proceed again.The preservation of diesel fuel must be protected from rain and dust.Tighten all diesel and hydraulic oil caps and cover them with plastic sheeting.Diesel oil should be kept stationary for more than 24 hours before filling the equipment.

　　4.Clean up around the driver's seat

　　It is very dangerous to fall or slip in the cab.Please do not place parts and tools in the cab.Soil,grease,and snow attached to the floor,poles,and armrests can easily make people slip and fall,which is very dangerous.Please wipe them clean.

　　5.Use of armrests and pedals

　　When getting on and off the vehicle,please face the machine,use the armrests and track shoes,and pay attention to the body should usually be supported by more than 3 places of the hands and feet.When getting off the machine,please make the driver's seat parallel to the track before stopping the engine.Pay attention to check and clean the appearance of the pedals and armrests as well as the installation parts.If there are slippery objects such as grease,please remove them.

　　6.Confirm the joystick mode

　　Please confirm the operation mode before working.At present,most excavator manufacturers use the same operating mode,which is what we usually call forehand.In fact,the change is very simple.Just lift the pilot operating valve and rotate it 90 degrees and then put it back.

　　7.Pay attention to command signals and signs

　　Please set up signs on soft soil roadsides and foundations or deploy commanders as necessary.The driver must pay attention to the signs and follow the command signal of the commander.Must fully understand the meaning of all command signals,signs and signals.Please have only one person send the command signal.

　　8.It is forbidden to drive the machinery under inspection and maintenance

　　When the warning signs for inspection and maintenance are hung on the doors and operating rods,only the person who hung the warning signs or people who understand the situation can remove the warning signs before starting the engine and driving.

　　9.Operation of life-saving hammer(cab specification)

　　A tool prepared for emergency escape from the cab is placed in the cab.If an emergency occurs,use a life-saving hammer to cut the glass and escape from the cab.

　　10.Prevent fire

　　If combustible materials such as wood chips,dead leaves,paper dust,etc.accumulate around the engine,it may cause a fire.Please feel free to clean it up.Check the leakage of diesel oil,hydraulic oil,and hydraulic oil system.If there is any defect,please repair it and wipe off the leaked oil.

　　11.Precautions related to optional work equipment

　　When installing the optional work equipment,please read the operating instructions of the other optional parts.The use of working devices other than those specified by our company will not only cause safety problems,but may also have a bad influence on the correct driving of the machine and the life of the machine.The company does not assume any responsibility for casualties and product failures caused by the use of working devices other than those specified.

　　12.When leaving the machine,it must be locked

　　If the temporarily staying machinery is accidentally activated,it may cause people to be caught or dragged and cause injury.When leaving the machine,be sure to lower the bucket to the ground,lock the operating lever,and pull out the engine key.
