  If the excavator moves slowly and the engine is not holding back,the pilot oil circuit must be considered.When this fault occurs,first check the pressure of the pilot oil circuit;if the pressure of the pilot oil circuit is normal,measure the pilot"secondary pressure"of the failure action separately.The next step is to disassemble and inspect the pilot valve core to see if there are any problems such as abrasion,jamming,and damage to the sealing ring.

  It is necessary to connect a pressure gauge,follow the pilot handle hydraulic pipe to the main valve cover,and then connect the pressure gauge.Of course,the"secondary pressure"of the pilot handle will be slightly lower than the pilot pump pressure.

  The maintenance of the pilot handle is relatively simple.Just remember that the machine has a pilot filter element.The pilot filter element needs to be replaced every 500 hours of work.The pilot plunger head needs grease lubrication to ensure that it does not dry grinding.Of course,the oil inlet of the handle mentioned in the above structure has a filter to be observed and cleaned frequently.
