Sichuan to Shanwei section expressway improvement project
The road reconstruction project from Sichuan to Shanwei (K69 + 416~K110 + 882) is located in Yanghe Townand Luohe Town of Gaoming City. The route runs from northeast to southwest and starting point is at Yanghe county. In the southwestern part of the town, Sichuan Avenue (K69 + 416) forms a “T” intersection with Gaoming Avenue. The route stops are Guliu, Dajian, Likeng, Li Village, Xiaodong Village, Tanghua Village, Jie Village, Juquan Village, Magang, Jitian Village, Kaimudong, Kengkeng, and finally to Shanwei city(K110 + 882), whole construction project total length are 41.466 kilometers, include 2 medium bridges, 21 small bridges and culverts along the No. 174 Road. This project adopts first-grade highway standards in China.

The main line of the S9 contract section (floating clear line) of the reconstruction project of Centian River Reservoir in Jianghua Yao Autonomous County adopts double-line and four-level roads criterion to construct. The designed speed is 20km / h, the width of roadbed is 6.5m, the road width is 6m, and using the C30 thickness of 22cm cement concrete pavement with the length of 3.222km. And this is the Shuikousi Bridge, the most important structure in the entire S9 highway project.

Hubei Bridge, Hubei Town, Anfu County
The total length of this bridge is 101.08 meters and the net width is 6 + 2 * 0.25 meters. Reinforced concrete foundation, double-column pier and superstructure are single-span 14 meters cast-in-place reinforced concrete hollow beams with bridge surface continuous, started on December 30, 2007, completed on December 29, 2008.
